The inside edge of the rail and stile can have various profiles depending on the door series.

Many of these are available in the standard 2-1/4" width as well as a wide version.

Drilling (‏0)

We now offer optional drilling for concealed euro style hinges with our custom cabinet doors, suitable for our standard or compact hinges.

We drill for the 35mm cup hole only (the screw/dowel position varies by make of hinge). Two drilling options are available:
- 5mm gap from edge of door to edge of cup hole, for most full size hinges
- 2.5mm gap from edge of door to edge of cup hole, for most compact hinges

The holes will be drilled at 3" from the top/bottom of the door to the center of the cup hole.

Finishing of Wood Doors (‏7)

NEW - We now offer 6 lacquer finishes for cherry, maple & oak doors, drawer fronts, accessory pieces and mouldings.

The finish is a pre-catalyzed lacquer in a satin sheen. The pricing is the same for all finishes - from very light to very dark. Add the finishing cost to the basic cost of the door, valance or moulding you have chosen.

Drawer Fronts (‏2)

Drawer fronts can be made to match the raised or flat panel door series or as solid wood slabs.
