Shipping (except doors & cabinets)
We ship to Canada and the continental United States (except Alaska) via Fedex Ground. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the goods ordered and the destination. Normal delivery is 1-4 business days in Canada and 3-6 business days to most US locations. For locations not served by Fedex Ground, we ship by Canada Post/USPS with delivery times of 1-3 weeks depending on location.Your shipping cost will show in your shopping basket based on the zip/postal code for the "ship to" address that you have provided. If the calculation shows zero dollars then Fedex Ground service is not available to your location - choose postal shipping option for price via Canada Post/USPS.
Orders for doors and cabinets will be quoted including shipping by the most economical means.
Customs Charges
US shipping cost includes customs fees and any applicable duties. US Customs requires an IRS/SSN for orders valued over 200 dollars US and for some liquid adhesives & cleaners. PLEASE NOTE that this requirement is imposed by theUS government! We only use your information as required by US authorities on customs documents.
