Guarantee

We guarantee all of our products to fulfill our representation when given normal and proper usage. All claims that products do not fulfill our representation must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to replace defective products or refund the purchase price, exclusive of shipping charges, at our option without any further obligation.

Packaging

Most of our hardware products, being industrial quality, are sold from bulk. This means that such items are not retail packaged - for instance, items such as hinges and drawer slides do not include screws. All such related items are available from our product offerings on this site.

We have included detailed product specifications on this site to allow the proper selection and installation of the best products for your application.

Returns

Should you find that any product which you have purchased does not suit your needs, we will accept returns of merchandise in original condition within 30 days. A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any goods. A re-stocking charge may apply. All authorized returns must be freight prepaid. We will provide instructions when you call for your return authorization.
