Why do I see prices in both US and Canadian Dollars?

Our site now includes an automatic currency converter to show the price of each item in US dollars based on the prevailing exchange rate. This is for your convenience only. Transactions will be completed using the Canadian dollar prices.

Can I pay in US Dollars?

We can only process payment in Canadian dollars. Your credit card will convert the total amount of your purchase to US dollars when it is posted to your account. The conversion by your credit card may be slightly different from the conversion on our site as the exchange rate fluctuates slightly from day to day.

Why do you need my SSN?

US Customs requires a federal identification number (business IRS# or personal SSN) on all shipments over $200 USD in value and for some liquid products. We do not use this for any other purpose than to put it on the required US government documents. Here is the official US Customs explanation.

Can I get a quote?

Most of our products are priced on-line, including cabinet doors and RTA cabinets (click on "pricing" in shaded box of first page of each section). If you want a quote on doors or RTA cabinets, simply follow the "how to order" links and submit the forms. We will reply with a quote and then you can decide whether to order or not. We never process a door or RTA order until you have explicitly confirmed a quote.

How do I determine shipping cost?

For regular items, just add them to your cart and then enter the ship to zip/postal code. The shipping cost will calculate and update based on the weight of your order. Shipping costs for doors and RTA cabinets are included in the quote.

What does c/c mean in description of cabinet handles?

The c/c means center to center - the distance between the two holes drilled to attach the handle to the door or drawer.
