Shaker Wood Doors -
Budget Line
The shaker models have solid wood frames with a flat plywood panel (MDF for paint grade) or solid wood reverse raised panel or solid wood grooved/beaded panels.
Provided sanded but unfinished. Available in red oak, hickory, maple or cherry as well as paint grade. Doors can be made to any size using 1/8" increments. Drawer fronts are available to match doors or as solid slabs.
Four panel profiles are available:
P0 - flat panel (not shown)
P4 - reversed cove
P6 - V groove
P7 - beaded

The inside rail and stile profile on these doors can be either a true shaker square edge (SR2) or a bevelled interior edge with a V-groove at the rail & stile connection (SR3, SR7). SR3 has a 1/4" V-groove while SR7 has a 1/8" V-groove. Rail & stile width is standard 2 1/4".
